Job Description
Operations Coordinator partnering with property management teams across the US and centrally supporting REMS processes and administrative functions. Collaborating with leaders to manage tasks and mitigate risks.
Responsibilities:
- Partnering with property management teams across the US
- Supporting REMS standard processes and administrative functions
- Collaborating with leaders, managers, and peers on administrative and operational items
- Using Microsoft Office Suite software and online tools for project support
- Organizing and tracking project details for team success analytics
- Supporting West Coast REMS
Requirements:
- Experience in real estate or property management
- Knowledge of AVID or similar AP system
- Certificate of Insurance experience
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines & prioritize
- Moderate to advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat
- Strong communication skills
- Customer service experience
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
