Job Description
Operations Representative at LineLeap supporting venue success and customer experiences through various operational tasks. Engaging with partners and managing responsibilities with adaptability and empathy.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Venue Success team to ensure rapid issue resolution
- Educate venue partners on LineLeap technology and best practices
- Engage with venues and customers during launches and events
- Report trends and issues to the LineLeap team
- Change course as priorities shift between tasks
Requirements:
- Self-motivated and resourceful team player
- Highly empathetic with problem-solving skills
- Reliable, flexible, and adaptable
- Ability to work cross-functionally
- Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time
