Job Description

Outbound Business Account Representative connecting small and mid-sized businesses to Sparklight's broadband and phone services. Ensuring customer satisfaction and upselling additional options.

Responsibilities:

  • Following up with current customers to ensure satisfaction with services.
  • Upsell services by asking discovery questions and presenting additional options.
  • Making outbound calls to connect with potential business customers.
  • Providing high level customer service by entering data accurately in SalesForce.
  • Use expertise of Sparklight's products to assist customers with questions about services.
  • Help demonstrate why switching to Sparklight is the best choice.

Requirements:

  • Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred.
  • We are looking for outgoing individuals!
  • Be able to direct conversations and close sales.
  • We are looking for three to six months of related experience and/or training.
  • We would prefer candidates with an Associate's degree or higher.
