Job Description
Outside Sales Representative selling premium hair shears to professional hairstylists and barbers. Building client relationships, advising on products, and closing multiple daily deals.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with professional hair stylists and barbers
- Build relationships with industry artists who value quality tools
- Consult and advise clients on selecting shears
- Close multiple deals daily
- Develop lasting client relationships
- Achieve sales results in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and energetic
- Degree in communication or a related field for recent graduates
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Ability to build relationships with professional hair stylists and barbers
- Confidence, personality, conversational ability, wit, and persuasive sales ability
