Job Description

Paid Ads Manager optimizing paid advertising campaigns for Argumentorik-Akademie. Focus on achieving maximum output on advertising investment with robust campaign strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily management & optimization of paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google and, if applicable, LinkedIn
  • Structured A/B testing of creatives, hooks, headlines, audiences and offers
  • Building clean campaign architectures (CBO/ABO, audience layering, retargeting stacks)
  • Budget allocation & scaling of profitable campaigns across multiple channels
  • Tracking setup & attribution with Hyros, Meta Pixel, GA4 and funnel tools
  • Daily monitoring of key KPIs: CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, show-up rate
  • Weekly reporting with clear, actionable recommendations
  • Close collaboration with the creative team to develop high-performing ads

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in paid advertising (Meta & Google Ads required)
  • Proven success scaling campaigns with monthly budgets in the five-figure range
  • Strong understanding of funnel mechanics & conversion optimization
  • Experience with tracking setups (ideally Hyros) and clean attribution
  • Confident user of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, FunnelCockpit, GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels
  • Plus: ActiveCampaign, Zapier, WebinarJam/EverWebinar, Calendly
  • Analytical mindset, data-driven working style, ROAS-focused
  • Self-directed, structured working style in a remote setup
  • Very good German and English language skills
