Job Description

Paid Media Analyst supporting paid media planning, execution, and optimization at RTX. Collaborating across teams for campaign management and reporting in digital marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Supports RTX’s growing paid media capability by contributing to the planning, execution, optimization, and measurement of paid media programs across channels.
  • Provides flexible support depending on business needs — ranging from campaign execution, trafficking, and QA to reporting, workflow coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Supports internal paid media function as it evolves to support new platforms, processes, and areas of specialization.
  • Campaign Execution & Trafficking: Support the setup, validation, and ongoing monitoring of paid media campaigns across platforms, ensuring accuracy in targeting, creative, and tracking.
  • Assist with trafficking, tagging, QA, pacing checks, and timeline alignment across partners.
  • Operational Support & Workflow Management: Maintain shared tools, trackers, asset logs, workflows, or naming conventions that support operational consistency.
  • Contribute to developing or improving processes as the in-house function grows.
  • Reporting & Analytics Support: Pull performance data from platforms and feed it into team dashboards or reporting templates.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as an operational connector between Creative, Brand, Comms, Analytics, and external agencies or platform partners.

Requirements:

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in paid media execution, operations, trafficking, digital marketing, or related fields.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working in platform tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate clearly across teams.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, or other digital platforms.
  • Familiarity with naming conventions, tracking parameters, or QA workflows.
  • Interest in developing deeper specialization as the team expands.
