Job Description
Paid Media Specialist responsible for planning and executing digital ad campaigns. Leading projects in a remote environment with candidates preferred from Nicaragua, Costa Rica, or Guatemala.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Develop digital media plans with realistic projections for reach, CTR, CPL, and ROAS
- Produce periodic reports geared toward decision-making, incorporating critical KPIs
- Conduct audits and performance analyses of campaigns to identify leaks and scaling opportunities
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience leading paid media campaigns at advertising agencies, creative studios, or digital marketing firms
- Demonstrable track record managing brands across various sectors (retail, FMCG, technology, services, among others)
- Advanced proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager (required)
- Strong analytical ability to build attribution models, interpret critical metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA, CAC), and recommend data-driven improvements
