Job Description

Paid Ads Specialist managing Meta Ads and PPC campaigns for a home improvement services company. Collaborating on strategy, optimizing performance, and ensuring accurate analytics tracking.

Responsibilities:

  • Launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.)
  • Monitor performance and improve key metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS)
  • Run A/B tests across creatives, copy, and targeting
  • Manage budgets and scale campaigns efficiently
  • Collaborate with internal teams on campaign strategy and execution
  • Ensure proper tracking (Pixel, events, analytics tools)

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Meta Ads and/or PPC (Google Ads, Bing)
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Experience in lead generation / performance marketing
  • Understanding of funnels, targeting, and retargeting
  • English proficiency (Russian is a plus)
  • Experience with the U.S. market is preferred
