Job Description
Paid Social Media Coordinator optimizing Meta campaigns, tracking, and attribution for a U.S.-based media company. Improving conversions, revenue, and ad-spend efficiency through testing and analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Build, launch, and manage Meta campaigns, ad sets, and ads across prospecting and retargeting funnels
- Execute A/B tests on audiences, creatives, placements, and bidding strategies
- Optimize campaigns toward CPA, ROAS, and CVR targets and scale winning segments
- Develop and refine audience targeting, lookalikes, interest stacks, and exclusions
- Implement retargeting using site, event, and engagement signals
- Leverage first-party data for segmentation, match rates, and performance lift
- Set up and validate Meta Pixel, events, and parameters via Events Manager/GTM as needed
- Troubleshoot tracking gaps, configuration errors, and cross-platform discrepancies
- Ensure accurate attribution, UTM discipline, and reliable reporting data flow
- Analyze campaign data to diagnose issues and identify growth opportunities
- Translate findings into actionable stakeholder recommendations
- Maintain performance dashboards and deliver regular insights to the Paid Social Team
- Collaborate with the Social Media Director and Paid Social Team on goals and testing plans
- Document SOPs, learnings, and experimentation roadmaps
- Communicate risks, blockers, and results to drive timely decisions
Requirements:
- 2+ years hands-on experience managing Meta paid social campaigns (build, launch, optimize, A/B test)
- Proven Meta Pixel and events expertise, including setup, validation, and troubleshooting tracking discrepancies
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to independently diagnose and resolve campaign and tracking issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Technical proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Events Manager, Meta Pixel, event setup/QA, attribution, UTM tagging, A/B testing, audience building (lookalikes, retargeting), and first-party data usage
- Familiarity with tag managers and data layers is a plus
- Hypothesis-driven testing, funnel analysis, budget pacing, performance diagnostics, and clear insight generation
- Crisp reporting, proactive updates, and ability to translate data into business recommendations
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, self-starter who owns outcomes and thrives in a collaborative team
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM and Intel i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 processor or higher
- Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
- Headset with extended noise-cancelling mic and webcam
- Back-up computer and internet connection

- Reliable internet connection
- Own computer with Intel Core i5 or similar or higher operating system
- Available 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:30 pm Eastern Time
