Job Description
Tech-savvy Paralegal enhancing customer success within a LegalTech firm. Involved in legal drafting, customer service, and technical support for clients.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring customers attain their desired outcomes using our product or service
- Act as an essential bridge between our company and its customers
- Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents
- Offering support on legal matters to contribute to service quality
- Managing the process of drafting legal language for required documents
- Handling customer requests about services and accounts
- Supporting customers in setting up connections between their source code management platform
- Working with leads who have questions and guiding them about our service
- Drafting reports based on customer information
Requirements:
- Familiarity with LegalTech concepts is crucial for success in this role.
- Prior experience in customer success or similar role is preferred
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents
- Exposure to working with diverse companies of varying sizes and industries
- Analytical thinking, and a proactive attitude
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Proficiency in modern web tools like Google Docs and similar platforms
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
- Comfortable adapting and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
