Job Description
Marketing Intern executing projects and supporting campaigns, analytics, and partner marketing initiatives at Workiva.
Responsibilities:
- Support program reporting through monthly updates, research, and new reporting opportunities
- Assist with website builds, including partner profile pages, marketplace listings, and information audits
- Contribute to partner communications by drafting content, preparing lists in Marketo/RightWave, managing the partner Google calendar, and gathering content for the partner newsletter
- Help coordinate virtual partner events, including monthly webinars, from planning through execution
- Support sponsorship sales and deliverables by assisting with communications, registration tracking, FAQs, and deliverable management
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related program
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Self-motivated with a strong propensity for action, results, and continuous improvement
- Ability to work successfully in a high-energy, fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure
- Creativity, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills
- Project management and partner communications (Partner Marketing)
