Job Description

Analista de Operações de Parceiros overseeing partner operations, resolving issues, and supporting process optimizations. Collaborating with internal and external partners for an effective operation.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the bridge between internal operations and partners, resolving operational, systemic, or process issues efficiently and promptly;
  • Support the onboarding and training of new partners, ensuring they are properly integrated and aligned with the client’s standards and practices;
  • Identify and implement opportunities to optimize processes, reduce costs, and mitigate risks within partnerships, driving continuous operational improvement;
  • Manage financial disbursements, billing, and operations within portals or integrated systems, ensuring compliance across all activities;
  • Work with data received from partners, cross-reference it with internal databases, assess potential, and support the development of Business Plans for each partner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, or a related field;
  • Completion of supplementary courses or certifications in data analysis, operations management, or related areas;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex operational situations involving partners;
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with tools such as Databricks and Power BI;
  • Ability to cross-reference information and work with multiple data sources;
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to seek technical information and collaborate on integrations within Customer Success operations;
  • Commercial/business acumen with the ability to understand partner needs and align solutions that maximize operational efficiency;
  • Previous experience in operations, preferably with indirect channels such as resellers or distributors;
  • Knowledge of contract management and financial processes, with capability to control and operate within integrated platforms;
  • Familiarity with data analysis and supporting the development of Business Plans using strategic information;
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-evolving environment with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.
