Job Description
Partner Operations Manager responsible for managing operational aspects and optimizing processes for RethinkCare’s partner sales. Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure efficiency and scalability.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end operational workflows for partner-sold deals, from opportunity creation through contract execution and launch
- Manage partner-related processes including deal registration, approvals, pricing, commissions, and renewals
- Ensure partner deals are accurately tracked in CRM and internal systems
- Identify and implement process improvements to scale partner operations efficiently
- Act as the operational liaison between Partnerships, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal
- Support contract execution, partner agreements, and documentation
- Coordinate partner onboarding and ongoing operational support
- Ensure smooth handoffs between sales, implementation, and customer success teams for partner-sold customers
- Own partner channel reporting, including pipeline, bookings, revenue, commissions, and performance metrics
- Provide insights and recommendations to leadership on partner channel efficiency and growth opportunities
- Ensure data integrity and operational consistency across systems
- Create and maintain partner operational documentation, playbooks, and SOPs
- Support partner enablement efforts by ensuring processes are clear, repeatable, and easy to follow
- Help scale partner operations as the channel grows in volume and complexity
Requirements:
- 4–7+ years of experience in sales operations, partner operations, revenue operations, or similar roles
- Experience supporting channel or partner sales models
- Strong project management and process design skills
- High attention to detail with strong analytical capabilities
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- CRM and sales operations tooling experience (Salesforce preferred)
