Job Description

Partner Sales Lead managing partnerships with strategic manufacturers at NTT DATA. Overseeing partner relationships and driving sales alignment across business units in a diverse work culture.

Responsibilities:

  • You establish and develop reliable relationships with decision-makers at your assigned partners, maintain them and continue to expand them.
  • You are responsible for the partner relationship for your assigned partners with regard to sales alignment and ensure these relationships are actively maintained and mutually beneficial.
  • You maintain a presence with our partners and are the primary internal and external point of contact for commercial collaboration with the partners.
  • In collaboration with the Sales and Alliance organization, you develop framework and business plans with our partners, also working with European and global Alliance Management.
  • You monitor agreed objectives through business reviews.
  • You increase revenue and profitability in cooperation with your assigned partners.
  • Furthermore, you are responsible for aligning the sales organizations of NTT DATA and the partner.
  • You act as the interface between the sales units and our partners. You actively support the sales process and maintain a close relationship with the business units.

Requirements:

  • A completed degree in business/economics or a technical field (university-level) or a relevant vocational qualification.
  • Several years of experience in alliance management/managing vendor partnerships and in indirect sales or direct end-customer sales.
  • Experience in international alliance management.
  • A deep understanding of manufacturer/vendor channel structures and processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A proven ability to inspire and win people over, coupled with a strong sales and service orientation.
  • Knowledge of contract law and confident presentation skills.
  • Fluent German and business-fluent English, both written and spoken.
