Job Description
Regional Sales Director building enterprise pipeline and closing strategic deals for Noma’s AI security platform. Expanding cybersecurity sales through direct, channel, and cloud partnerships across Australia.
Responsibilities:
- Build the regional sales territory from the ground up, including account strategy, coverage plan, and pace
- Land enterprise accounts defining the territory and expand across business units as AI adoption grows
- Sell Noma’s AI lifecycle security platform against competing point solutions
- Demonstrate unseen risks to CISOs and AI security leaders and win deals based on platform findings
- Leverage published vulnerability research in security press and CISO conversations
- Develop regional channel and cloud partnerships to open doors and shorten sales cycles
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing on positioning, category development, and roadmap
Requirements:
- 5+ years selling security software to enterprise buyers
- Experience personally running deals through security review, legal, and vendor risk assessment
- Experience in identity/access (IAM/PAM), data security, SIEM/UEBA, cloud security/CNAPP, AppSec, or AI security
- Documented quota attainment, President's/Chairman's Club, or company-level outcomes tied directly to personal contribution
- Track record on six-figure ACV, multi-stakeholder deals with cycles of 100+ days and a technical evaluation gate
- Comfort with category-creation selling and teaching buyers that a problem exists before positioning a solution
- Formal enterprise methodology experience such as MEDDPICC, MEDDIC, or Command of the Message
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, low-process startup environment and close gaps independently
