Job Description
Platform Evangelist embedding Supabase’s Postgres backend platform into AWS’s global Solutions Architect community. Creating technical enablement, integrations, demos, and co-sell opportunities for AWS partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Build deep relationships with AWS Solutions Architects, initially focusing on defined verticals and open-source database migration motions
- Develop and deliver technical workshops, training materials, and enablement content for AWS Solutions Architects
- Create demos, integration guides, and reference architectures showing Supabase’s fit with AWS services
- Partner with AWS Solutions Architects on active opportunities and provide technical support to advance deals
- Feed pipeline intelligence back to the AWS alliance
- Resolve implementation blockers for AWS Solutions Architects
- Troubleshoot complex integration scenarios and turn solutions into reusable assets
- Maintain feedback loops with Supabase product and engineering teams
- Measure success through co-sell opportunities sourced, influenced deals, and SA enablement metrics
- Write technical blog posts and case studies about Supabase implementations
- Represent Supabase at conferences, meetups, and AWS-sponsored events
- Develop video content and interactive learning experiences to reduce AWS SA time-to-fluency
- Report directly to the Alliance Lead for the AWS partnership
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in technical roles
- Deep hands-on AWS experience
- Previous experience working at AWS or as an AWS partner is required
- Understanding of AWS Solutions Architects’ incentives and recommendation processes
- Understanding of how the partner ecosystem influences decisions
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong technical foundation in PostgreSQL, APIs, React, and Next.js
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and moving quickly to build a playbook from scratch
- Motivated by solving real-world problems for developers
