Job Description
Payments Account Manager managing provider onboarding and operations for Growe, an iGaming and entertainment business advisory group. Supporting LATAM payment partnerships, settlements, and cross-functional delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Manage payment providers from commercial handover through onboarding and ongoing cooperation
- Coordinate provider onboarding, including KYC, documentation, contracts, approvals, and communication between involved teams
- Maintain regular communication with payment partners and support day-to-day operational requests
- Work with Legal, Finance, and BizDev teams to keep provider-related processes moving forward
- Support resolution of payment-related cases involving reconciliation, settlements, exchange rates, or provider communication
- Develop understanding of LATAM markets, local payment methods, and payment provider specifics
- Organize and prioritize multiple operational tasks and requests independently
- Build further expertise within Payments and Account Management as responsibility grows
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as an Account Manager or in a similar operational role working with partners or providers
- Experience coordinating onboarding, documentation, approvals, or other partner-related processes
- Understanding of online payments
- Experience in iGaming, Payments, PSP, Fintech, or Crypto will be a plus
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher
- Structured and attentive to detail
- Able to manage multiple priorities and stay organized
- Proactive and comfortable taking ownership of tasks
- Clear and confident in communication with internal teams and external partners
