Job Description

Payroll Administrator managing full-cycle payroll processing for multiple clients. Ensuring accuracy and compliance with U.S. Federal and California payroll regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Process and audit multi-client payrolls• Review time and attendance data and reconcile payroll reports• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations• Manage payroll data including tax withholdings, deductions, and garnishments• Perform pre- and post-payroll audits to identify discrepancies• Maintain payroll records and generate reports• Support HRIS updates, employee records, and benefits administration

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of payroll processing experience (California payroll required)• Experience with payroll and HRIS systems• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel• Strong organizational and communication skills
