Job Description
SAP Inhouse Consultant HCM focusing on payroll and time management processes. Work remotely within Germany for a leading wind energy company.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP HCM/SuccessFactors processes, with a focus on payroll and time management
- Support and continuously improve existing solutions, including payroll, time management, integrations, and Fiori apps
- Provide high-quality 2nd-level support in line with ITIL standards
- Depending on experience: lead workstreams or (sub-)projects and manage internal and external stakeholders
- Expand your expertise in SAP Fiori and Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) by actively contributing to ongoing projects
Requirements:
- Degree in (Business) Informatics or comparable education/qualification
- Several years of relevant experience in SAP HCM consulting – particularly in payroll and time management
- Strong expertise in SAP HCM on-premise; knowledge of SAP Fiori and, ideally, SuccessFactors
- Experience with interface handling (IDocs, CPI) is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in an international environment
- Fluent in English; German or Spanish skills are a plus
