Job Description

Performance Marketer responsible for scaling and optimizing Paid Ad campaigns across various platforms. Leading Performance-Pipeline from impression to high-ticket sale with close collaboration with teams.

Responsibilities:

  • You take full ownership of our paid acquisition engine
  • Build and scale paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google and LinkedIn
  • Responsible for the entire performance pipeline — from the first impression to the high-ticket sale
  • Close collaboration with the creative, funnel and sales teams
  • Tracking setup & attribution using Hyros, FunnelCockpit and GoHighLevel
  • Weekly KPI reviews (CPL, CPA, ROAS, LTV) with concrete optimization roadmaps
  • Scaling profitable webinar and VSL funnels for high-ticket coaching programs

Requirements:

  • Experience in performance or growth marketing, ideally in coaching, info-product or high-ticket environments
  • Deep understanding of funnel mechanics, offer design and conversion optimization
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Hyros, FunnelCockpit or GHL (GoHighLevel)
  • Analytical mindset, data-driven decision-making, ROAS-focused
  • Self-driven, structured working style in a remote setup
  • Very good German and English language skills
