Job Description
Performance Marketer responsible for scaling and optimizing Paid Ad campaigns across various platforms. Leading Performance-Pipeline from impression to high-ticket sale with close collaboration with teams.
Responsibilities:
- You take full ownership of our paid acquisition engine
- Build and scale paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google and LinkedIn
- Responsible for the entire performance pipeline — from the first impression to the high-ticket sale
- Close collaboration with the creative, funnel and sales teams
- Tracking setup & attribution using Hyros, FunnelCockpit and GoHighLevel
- Weekly KPI reviews (CPL, CPA, ROAS, LTV) with concrete optimization roadmaps
- Scaling profitable webinar and VSL funnels for high-ticket coaching programs
Requirements:
- Experience in performance or growth marketing, ideally in coaching, info-product or high-ticket environments
- Deep understanding of funnel mechanics, offer design and conversion optimization
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Hyros, FunnelCockpit or GHL (GoHighLevel)
- Analytical mindset, data-driven decision-making, ROAS-focused
- Self-driven, structured working style in a remote setup
- Very good German and English language skills
