Job Description

Outbound Marketing & Revenue Lead transforming large datasets into revenue through performance marketing. Writing copy, launching campaigns, and optimizing outbound funnels.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the full outbound funnel—from writing copy and launching campaigns to optimizing conversions, routing inbound calls, and analyzing performance.
  • Write and optimize high-converting copy for: SMS campaigns, Ringless voicemail (RVM) scripts, Email (subject lines and body), Landing pages.
  • Run continuous **A/B tests** across messaging, offers, and pages.
  • Own funnel performance end-to-end: Outbound send → response → qualified lead/call → revenue.
  • Track and analyze key metrics: Conversion rates, Cost per lead / qualified call, Revenue per campaign and buyer, ROI by channel and cohort.
  • Set up and optimize **IVR flows (Telnyx)** for inbound calls.
  • Route calls using platforms like **Ringba or Retreaver** to maximize revenue.
  • Work with large datasets (millions of records) and execute campaigns at scale.
  • Identify performance gaps and continuously iterate on what to test next.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in **performance marketing or direct response copywriting**
  • Strong background in **outbound campaigns** (SMS, email, cold outreach, etc.)
  • Experience managing or executing **high-volume campaigns**
  • Hands-on experience with **A/B testing and conversion optimization**
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with performance data
  • Clear understanding of **funnels and unit economics (CPA, CVR, ROI, revenue per lead)**
  • Self-starter who can execute with minimal oversight
  • Fluent English (written and professional)
  • Full-time availability aligned with **EST hours**
