Job Description
Performance Marketing Manager leading performance marketing for 10-15 clients. Analyzing campaign performance and collaborating with designers and video editors in a remote setting.
Responsibilities:
- You manage the advertising accounts of 10–15 of our clients and act as their dedicated point of contact.
- You regularly analyze performance and actively optimize campaigns.
- Based on the data, you write new video scripts and develop new creative ideas.
- You brief our designers on these concepts and maintain ongoing communication with our video editors regarding editing and post-production of videos.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in performance marketing (focus on lead generation) with budget responsibility
- Strong commitment and the motivation to develop yourself every day
- High degree of self-reflection; you learn independently and quickly from your mistakes
- Strong affinity for social media — you spot trends and know how to apply them smartly in day-to-day work
- Willingness to manage our clients' budgets as conscientiously as your own money
- Strong analytical skills to draw strategic conclusions from numbers, data, and facts and to implement them immediately
- Expert-level proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Ads
- Comfortable using common software such as Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.
- Excellent, flawless German, both written and spoken.
