Job Description

Assistente de Administração de Pessoal at a Brazilian pharmaceutical company with over 65 years in health. Main tasks include managing employee documentation and benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Verify electronic time records and send information for payroll and termination calculations.
  • Prepare documentation for termination formalization and digital filing.
  • Disable system access for terminated employees in internal systems.
  • Issue statements and documents related to terminations.
  • Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding termination procedures and benefits.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of internal controls for the area.
  • Contribute to improvements in personnel administration processes and policies.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required (higher education in Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields preferred).
  • Experience in personnel administration routines, especially terminations.
  • Knowledge of labor legislation and statutory reporting obligations.
  • Familiarity with integrated HR systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with digitization and process optimization.
  • Experience with employee offboarding/termination processes.
  • Knowledge of timekeeping systems and payroll processes.
