Job Description
Assistente de Administração de Pessoal at a Brazilian pharmaceutical company with over 65 years in health. Main tasks include managing employee documentation and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Verify electronic time records and send information for payroll and termination calculations.
- Prepare documentation for termination formalization and digital filing.
- Disable system access for terminated employees in internal systems.
- Issue statements and documents related to terminations.
- Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding termination procedures and benefits.
- Support the creation and maintenance of internal controls for the area.
- Contribute to improvements in personnel administration processes and policies.
Requirements:
- High school diploma required (higher education in Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields preferred).
- Experience in personnel administration routines, especially terminations.
- Knowledge of labor legislation and statutory reporting obligations.
- Familiarity with integrated HR systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with digitization and process optimization.
- Experience with employee offboarding/termination processes.
- Knowledge of timekeeping systems and payroll processes.
