Job Description
Platform Support Intern providing 24/7 operations monitoring and support for ATPCO's cloud products. Collaborating with internal and external providers to resolve operational issues.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond to alerts and events from various tools, jobs, applications, and platforms
- Work with internal and external service providers to resolve issues and maintain operations
Requirements:
- Degree, or currently working towards a degree, in CS, IT, or similar
- Good understanding of operating systems
- Familiarity with SQL
- Knowledge of Java, C++, or similar programming languages
