Job Description
PMO Manager leading IT infrastructure projects, PMO teams, and resource allocation for Jolera’s global managed services business. Driving strategic delivery, risk mitigation, and project management standards.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain oversight of project scope, schedule, and budget
- Identify project issues and risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Coordinate inter-project relationships
- Optimize resource allocation and team deployment
- Communicate project updates and presentations to stakeholders
- Foster professional growth and development within the team
- Influence teams to achieve project success
- Establish and update project management best practices, methodologies, and standards
- Convert business objectives into actionable project plans
- Align projects with company strategy and goals
- Manage projects through their full lifecycle as required
- Deliver timely, high-quality project outcomes
Requirements:
- Solid educational background in IT or mountains of relevant experience
- At least 5 years managing IT infrastructure projects
- Hands-on experience leading, coaching, mentoring, and motivating others
- Strong understanding of healthy, efficient teams
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, or similar tools
- Proven experience managing distributed IT deployments
- Expertise in virtualization and networking technologies
- Ability to translate complex project scopes into project outcomes
- Experience in multinational and multidisciplinary environments
