Job Description

Post Sales Operations Specialist managing deal processing in Salesforce as liaison between Finance and Sales. Ensuring accurate data reflection and customer lifecycle optimization.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with contract modifications and post-sale adjustments in Salesforce.
  • Liaise with Finance and Sales to answer questions as needed
  • Provide training and guidance to CSMs, NSEs and AEs on post-sales workflows and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues impacting contract management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve post-sales operational efficiency.
  • Participate in process enhancement initiatives to optimize the customer lifecycle.
  • Handle special projects as assigned by leadership

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or sales support with strong Salesforce CRM expertise.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (advanced preferred), and Salesforce.
