Job Description

Specialist in Post-Sales managing service activations and deliveries for a technology company. Ensuring excellence in execution and quality in the customer journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present management reports on status, performance and deployment volumes, identifying trends and proposing action plans;
  • Act as the escalation focal point for complex or blocking issues not resolved by the team;
  • Provide technical and operational support to analysts following the delivery journey;
  • Schedule activities with customers and field technicians when necessary, especially in critical or high-complexity situations;
  • Conduct strategic follow-up with key customers, ensuring alignment and satisfaction;
  • Ensure proper documentation and recording of activities in systems (CRM), auditing team information;
  • Perform final technical and documentary validation of completed projects (QA), ensuring quality before delivery to the customer;
  • Proactively coordinate with internal areas and partners to ensure deadlines are met and bottlenecks are resolved;
  • Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and propose actions to increase efficiency and quality.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in post-sales operations, activations or service delivery management;
  • Experience in high-volume environments and SLA management;
  • Analytical ability to build and interpret metrics and reports;
  • Experience with CRM systems and activity tracking;
  • Strong communication skills to interface with customers, suppliers and internal teams;
  • Ability to perform in critical scenarios, with a sense of urgency and prioritization;
  • Organized, proactive profile with a focus on problem solving.
