Job Description
PPC Strategist managing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms for small-to-mid-sized businesses. Collaborating with clients and account managers to optimize performance outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads
- Lead keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to sharpen campaign positioning
- Optimize for conversions, CTR, ROAS, and cost efficiency through ongoing testing and data analysis
- Write ad copy and collaborate with designers on creative assets that perform
- Manage budgets and bidding strategies to maximize return on ad spend
- Build and deliver client-facing performance reports with clear, actionable insights
- Manage conversion tracking and analytics through Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and platform pixels
- Lead client meetings, deliver performance updates, and maintain ongoing communication to build strong, consultative relationships
- Own campaign strategy end-to-end, directing contractors and leveraging AI tools to support execution and implementation
- Partner with account managers and clients to ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals
- Stay current on platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging PPC trends
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns for small-to-mid-sized businesses across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, with the ability to build relationships, lead meetings, and communicate PPC performance clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write ad copy that converts
- Proficiency in conversion tracking, audience segmentation, and retargeting strategies
- Ability to analyze campaign data and translate it into clear recommendations
- Experience managing client accounts across multiple industries
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while staying aligned with team strategy
- Must be located within the continental United States.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
