Job Description
Principal Product Manager driving AI innovations and product strategy at TradeLink. Collaborating with teams to develop scalable processes in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.
Responsibilities:
- You define the product vision and strategy in close collaboration with the leadership team and coordinate cross-team collaboration.
- You drive AI-powered product development and explore innovative ways to create value for our customers using AI and to further evolve our product vision.
- You assess the commercial viability and market potential of new features based on project outcomes and product metrics.
- You own product discovery and solution development and empower your team to deliver features based on validated customer insights, data-driven decisions, and clearly defined business value.
- You work closely with engineering and design teams, other product managers, the founders, and the go-to-market team to advance product development and ensure high-quality releases.
- You measure impact on customer and business outcomes and continuously optimize KPIs and processes.
Requirements:
- Several years of product management experience with B2B SaaS products.
- Excellent understanding of product discovery, delivery, and management processes.
- Curiosity about AI technologies, initial hands-on experience with AI-based products or features, and a willingness to continuously develop in this area.
- Strong strategic and operational mindset and a passion for achieving organizational goals.
- Very good, confident communication skills in German and English.
- Experience in data analysis, defining metrics, and interpreting and measuring results.
