  • Lead executive-level discovery and strategy conversations to gain buy-in for transformational, multi-platform solutions
  • Design and own end-to-end solution architectures spanning cloud, hosting, network, security, storage, DR, DevOps, and governance
  • Partner with Sales, Consulting, Product Management, PMO, and Delivery teams to create integrated pursuit, solution, and execution strategies
  • Develop and present compelling technical solutions and business cases to executive, technical, and financial stakeholders
  • Create and oversee solution and migration plans, from high-level program frameworks to detailed project plans and cutover runbooks

  • Collaborate with finance and pricing teams to develop complex, multi-year financial and pricing models
  • Influence Ensono product and technology roadmaps by providing structured client and market feedback

  • Proven ownership and delivery accountability for large, multi-year enterprise infrastructure or transformation deals ($20M+ TCV), serving as the primary technical owner rather than a supporting architect
  • Deep expertise across the hosting and infrastructure technology landscape, including compute, storage, network, security, backup, DR, DevOps, and IT governance
  • Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale, multi-platform, multi-year outsourcing and transformation solutions
  • Experience designing hybrid infrastructure solutions that include public cloud (AWS and/or Azure), with primary depth in traditional hosting, managed infrastructure, and operational transformation
  • Demonstrated success leading complex sales cycles, including executive-level solution positioning and contracting processes
  • Experience planning and facilitating discovery, assessment, and solution design workshops
  • Proven ability to manage projects through the full lifecycle while maintaining high client satisfaction
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior executives
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical discipline
  • Major industry certifications and accreditations (cloud, architecture, or infrastructure-related)
