Job Description
Analista de processos e qualidade melhorando fluxos acadêmicos, financeiros e de financiamento na Ânima Educação. Estruturando projetos, automação e aplicação de IA para excelência operacional.
Responsibilities:
- Execute area demands following best practices in Agile, Lean, Design Thinking, Kanban, A3, Scrum and Business Analytics
- Map and design academic, financial and financing process flows, identifying pain points, opportunities and improvements
- Structure and manage improvement projects and monitor their development, ensuring effectiveness
- Propose new flows with innovation, automation and self-service
- Stay up to date with best practices in Agile, Lean, Quality and Business Analytics
- Pursue operational excellence, standardization, reduction of rework and improvement of the customer experience
- Identify opportunities and create strategies to optimize the department's results
- Identify and eliminate non-value-adding steps
- Use prioritization methods such as Effort vs. Impact and GUT
- Raise risks and impacts for the project
- Work with IT on digitizing workflows, proposing and participating in technology implementations
- Identify automation and AI application opportunities, assessing feasibility, benefits and risks
Requirements:
- Degree preferably in Engineering, Business Administration or management-related fields
- Postgraduate specialization in Projects and Processes preferred
- Ability to interact with hybrid and remote teams
- Adaptability to change and innovation
- Experience interacting with different stakeholders and hierarchical levels
- Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
- Skill to facilitate workshops and promote alignment between areas
- Structured communication and results-oriented mindset
- Knowledge and prior use of Agile methodologies
- Specialized knowledge and a minimum of 3 years' experience with projects and continuous improvement
- Knowledge of educational products is a plus
- Familiarity with process mapping tools such as Miro and Bizagi
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude
- Education: university degree
