Responsibilities:
- Monitor and track tickets
- Manage and monitor backlogs
- Ensure SLA compliance
- Assign tickets to the technical team
- Set priorities and handle escalations
Requirements:
- Completed higher education (Bachelor's) or Technical diploma
- Experience in monitoring
- Experience working with SLAs
- Familiarity with corporate quality concepts
