Job Description
Product Manager overseeing B2B SaaS execution at Saral, focusing on end-to-end product features and deep research. Collaborating on UX and utilizing customer insights for product development.
Responsibilities:
- Own product execution end-to-end at Saral by turning roadmap into shipped features through deep research, detailed specs, and strong collaboration.
- Research problems deeply through customer conversations, competitor analysis, and qualitative insights
- Write clear, detailed specs covering user flows, edge cases, and copy
- Collaborate closely with design to ensure accurate execution
- QA features from a customer perspective before release
- Stay close to customers via calls, tickets, and session recordings
- Track bugs, feature requests, and sprint progress
- Communicate status proactively with internal teams
- Own product details that impact user experience and product quality
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience as a Product Manager
- Must have experience with B2B SaaS products
- Strong attention to detail across UX, edge cases, and copy
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-first mindset with ability to derive insights from calls, tickets, and research
- Ability to write detailed product specs independently
- Basic technical understanding (APIs, databases, system design)
- Strong organizational skills for tracking bugs, features, and sprints
