Job Description
Billing Platform Product Manager at Remote, which enables compliant global hiring, payroll, and workforce management. Leading Finance product strategy, roadmaps, and iterative billing solutions with engineering and design teams.
Responsibilities:
- Build solutions for finance, billing, and other financial services at Remote
- Own the end-to-end product experience across human-powered services and software
- Lead complex solutions autonomously
- Manage expectations for complex projects, products, and features
- Build the roadmap and strategy for the Finance product area
- Break strategic plans into near- and mid-term goals
- Align the product roadmap with department and company priorities
- Serve as subject matter expert for the product area
- Contribute to scaling and growth plans
- Ship improvements quickly and iteratively
- Support the product team in delivering high throughput and return on investment
- Align team metrics and work with key business KPIs
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, stakeholders, business operations, and sales
- Share techniques, processes, and learnings with the Product organization
- Communicate the team’s work and customer impact internally and externally
- Work asynchronously and transparently
- Contribute to tactical and strategic decision-making
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a product manager in billing, invoicing, or a similar area, ideally at a high-growth company
- Proficiency in Cursor, Claude Code, or a similar AI coding tool
- Ability to autonomously build, debug, and ship functional prototypes or small code changes using AI tooling
- Strong strategic and tactical product judgment
- Demonstrable self-driven product results
- Passion for creating seamless, effective products addressing complex challenges
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills across departments
- Proficient in English, written and spoken
- Experience working in a remote environment is a bonus
