Job Description
Especialista em CyberFinancial, otimizando sistemas de cobrança do maior ecossistema imobiliário da América Latina. Configurando regras, integrações e análises para aumentar eficiência e recuperação de faturas.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, review, and perform highly complex configurations in CyberFinancial and the predictive dialer
- Configure decisioning networks, segmentation, settlement queues, negative credit reporting across multiple credit bureaus, and marketplaces
- Configure negotiation policies, including payment plans, interest rates, and discounts
- Perform daily reconciliation and monitoring of CyberFinancial
- Ensure the correct distribution of contracts among integrated collection agencies, portfolios, and credit bureaus
- Diagnose workflow issues and integrations with external systems
- Provide Level 2 technical support and assist Level 1 support with ticket workflows
- Lead projects to implement functionality and resolve structural issues
- Ensure the acceptance testing of improvements and prepare GMUD change-control documentation
- Collaborate technically with vendors to diagnose failures and define development scopes
- Extract, monitor, and analyze management and performance reports
- Identify bottlenecks and anticipate operational risks
- Create control reports, management analyses, and strategic presentations
- Provide regular follow-ups and keep task management tools up to date
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience administering and configuring the CyberFinancial system (Equifax/Peopleware)
- Strong knowledge of portfolio segmentation, negotiation rule definition, and credit recovery levers
- Proficiency in APIs, file layouts, and system integrations
- Advanced analytical skills using SQL and spreadsheets
- Advanced understanding of networks, the internet, connectivity, and cloud environments
- Knowledge of project management and Agile methodologies
- Experience with advanced system issue diagnosis techniques and troubleshooting platform failures
- Hands-on experience with technical project planning
- Requirements engineering and advanced mapping of business and system workflows
- Experience managing business rule and system configuration documentation
- Programming language skills are a plus
