Job Description
Billing Specialist managing contracts, invoicing, procurement, and revenue recognition for Infios, a supply chain software company. Supporting close processes and resolving customer billing issues remotely in the US.
Responsibilities:
- Process contracts for software, subscription, hardware, and support renewals
- Assist in procurement of third-party products and services
- Record revenue and direct cost of sales according to revenue recognition policies
- Review contracts to calculate customer amounts due, including discounts, special rates, and credits
- Identify and properly handle non-standard contract terms
- Enter sales orders into the company’s ERP system based on contract terms
- Manage procurement processes for third-party vendors and service providers
- Issue purchase orders and track product delivery to customers
- Assist internal and external customers
- Process credit requests with Accounts Receivable
- Identify and resolve billing issues, discrepancies, and errors
- Update billing records
- Alert management to revenue-impacting issues and anticipated interruptions
- Participate in month-, quarter-, and year-end close processes and audit requests
- Meet month-end deadlines with the Billing Team
- Review and submit vendor invoices to Accounts Payable
Requirements:

- Ability to follow outlined processes and direction
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- Previous billing experience
- Some overtime required
- Ability to work remotely in the US
