Job Description
Product Manager driving the development and delivery of Horizon, a SaaS platform for aviation operations. Engaging with customers and engineering teams to translate requirements into actionable specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Translate customer requirements into structured product specifications and detailed JIRA tickets
- Prioritize and manage backlog in partnership with engineering
- Participate in sprint planning, standups, and release coordination
- Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of features and improvements
- Allocate attention to technical debt, test coverage, monitoring, and performance
- Engage directly with charter operators and corporate flight departments
- Advise customers on system configuration and best practices
- Support successful onboarding, including complex data imports and workflow alignment
- Work with third-party vendors and API partners on integrations
- Identify opportunities to enhance scalability and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- 5+ years building and delivering complex enterprise SaaS applications
- Experience working closely with engineering teams in an agile environment
- Proven ability to translate customer needs into detailed specifications and engineering tickets
- Experience with API-driven systems and third-party integrations
- Exposure to enterprise onboarding and data migration processes
- Strong interest in aviation; prior experience in business aviation is a significant plus
