Job Description
Product Manager responsible for shaping digital insurance solutions at PolicyMe. Collaborating with teams to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Shape the future of digital insurance solutions
- Conduct market research and gather customer requirements
- Translate customer needs into actionable product features
- Oversee product lifecycle from conception to launch
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams
- Ensure alignment and successful delivery of products
- Analyze data and customer feedback for informed decisions
- Iterate on product enhancements based on user feedback
- Drive product vision, strategy, and execution
- Enhance customer satisfaction and business growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in product management
- Experience in technology or insurance industries preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Proven track record of successful product launches
- Understanding of agile methodologies
- Ability to work remotely
- Passion for creating exceptional products

- Compensation: The total target cash compensation for this role is $110,000 - $143,000 CAD, based on experience. We’ll walk through the details together during the interview
