Job Description

Product Manager guiding the integration offerings of Helm CONNECT while managing custom and repeatable projects. Collaborating with clients and teams for successful integration solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the integration product roadmap: define which integrations become productized offerings (TVIB, SIRE, Fatigue Management, etc.) vs. remain custom engagements.
  • Own the full lifecycle of custom integration projects: from initial customer request through ROM, SOW, development coordination, testing, go-live, and post-launch support handoff.
  • Serve as the escalation point for live integration issues, triage, coordinate fixes with developers, and communicate resolution timelines to customers.
  • Provide dotted-line mentorship and technical guidance to a junior Business Analyst based in South Africa, supporting their growth on European client integration delivery.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a product management, business analysis, or technical project delivery role, ideally in a B2B SaaS or professional services environment.
  • Demonstrated experience scoping and delivering system integrations (API-based, file-based, or middleware).
  • Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills: you can run a customer call, extract what matters, and produce a spec that a developer can build from without ambiguity.
  • Commercial acumen: you’ve scoped, priced, and negotiated technical work.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and low-structure environments. There is no JIRA board assigning you tasks. You see what needs to happen and you drive it.

Benefits:

  • 100% remote role
  • Flexible hours with overlap in core business time
  • Company-paid health, dental, and vision benefits from day one
  • Paid vacation + 7 floater days + birthday day off
  • Employee Stock Purchase Plan (after 6 months)
  • Professional development through Helm’s learning programs and development journeys
  • A supportive, inclusive, and collaborative culture where great ideas are encouraged and acted on
