Job Description
Product Manager managing integrations for Helm CONNECT, ensuring delivery success of custom integration projects. Collaborating with customers and internal teams to drive integration strategies and solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Own the integration product roadmap and define productized offerings vs. custom engagements.
- Directly engage with customers for custom integration projects, from request to live support.
- Gather requirements, define data mappings, and produce solution designs.
- Serve as the escalation point for live integration issues.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams for integration strategy alignment.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a product management, business analysis, or technical project delivery role, ideally in a B2B SaaS or professional services environment.
- Demonstrated experience scoping and delivering system integrations (API-based, file-based, or middleware).
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
- Commercial acumen for scoping, pricing, and negotiating technical work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Organized and relentless about follow-through.
- Comfort with ambiguity in low-structure environments.
- Nice-to-Haves: Experience in maritime, fleet management, logistics, or port operations; familiarity with ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar); working knowledge of APIs, REST, JSON; knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience.
