Job Description
Product Manager managing consumer electronics portfolio focusing on audio products for a leading LATAM electronics firm. Overseeing product lifecycle and collaboration with factories.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full lifecycle of consumer electronics portfolio focused on audio hardware
- Manage product development from concept to production
- Work directly with manufacturing partners in China
- Drive continuous quality improvement across every stage of the process
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in hardware product development, ideally in audio or similar consumer electronics
- Direct hands-on experience working with factories in China. Sourcing, prototyping, and production management
- Proven track record of driving continuous quality improvement at the product level
- Experience operating under EOS or similar accountability-driven frameworks is a plus
- Direct, clear communicator who can push back on ideas and challenge leadership when needed
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-expectation environment with ambiguity and real accountability
- Fluent English
