Job Description
Product Manager evaluating AI-generated specifications, documentation, and product-management outputs. Providing scoring, written rationales, and actionable feedback to improve advanced AI systems.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and compare AI-generated responses to product-management and product-ownership prompts
- Review specifications, release notes, user-facing copy, stakeholder communications, PRDs, acceptance criteria, decision documents, and related product documentation
- Score responses for clarity, tone, usefulness, instruction adherence, audience suitability, and fulfillment of product requirements
- Identify factual inaccuracies, internal inconsistencies, missing requirements, unsupported assumptions, and responses that fail to solve the underlying problem
- Apply professional product judgement to assess quality and practicality of written outputs
- Write detailed rationales explaining evaluation scores and why responses succeed or fail
- Distinguish surface-level writing quality from genuine usefulness to executives, technical stakeholders, and end users
- Provide precise, actionable feedback to improve AI model performance
- Apply consistent evaluation standards across large volumes of content
- Work independently within structured remote evaluation workflows
- Collaborate asynchronously with project managers, reviewers, and other expert contributors
- Follow project-specific guidelines, rubrics, and quality standards
- Resolve ambiguous evaluation cases through written reasoning and professional judgement
- Help maintain consistency and accuracy across product-focused AI evaluation datasets
Requirements:
- Professional experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or certified Product Owner
- Strong background in cross-functional product development
- Deep practical understanding of product management and product ownership
- Extensive experience authoring or evaluating specifications, PRDs, acceptance criteria, release notes, decision documents, or comparable product materials
- Ability to assess content for executives, technical stakeholders, and end users
- Excellent written communication skills
- Native-level English fluency
- Ability to provide clear, detailed, and actionable feedback on technical or user-facing documentation
- Strong attention to detail, critical-analysis skills, and professional judgement
- Ability to work independently and reliably in remote, asynchronous project environments
- Familiarity with AI model evaluation, RLHF, annotation, or structured content-review workflows is advantageous but not required
- Primary background must not be project management, programme management, delivery management, or scrum leadership
