Job Description

Product Manager - Tourism negotiating contracts with suppliers in Latin America for travel brands. Overseeing supplier performance and driving regional growth strategy in the tourism sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with hotels, transport providers, and DMCs across key Latin destinations.
  • Secure competitive rates, favorable terms, and exclusive deals aligned with brand positioning and margin objectives.
  • Conduct annual rate negotiations and oversee the contracting cycle across multiple brands and product tiers from Youth to Luxury.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, legal requirements, and sustainability policies in all supplier agreements.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers to drive long-term value, quality, and innovation.
  • Resolve supplier performance issues, ensuring service delivery meets agreed SLAs and guest satisfaction levels.
  • Identify and onboard new suppliers to expand destination offerings and enhance product differentiation.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and regional developments to inform contracting strategy.
  • Collaborate with brand, product, and finance teams to align contracting priorities with customer demand and commercial goals.
  • Provide insights on new destinations, experiences, and partnership opportunities.
  • Work closely with product, sales, and operations teams to ensure accurate product data, smooth implementation, and competitive pricing.
  • Support marketing and product launches with timely supplier content and negotiated offers.
  • Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to manage contract documentation and risks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in contracting, procurement, or product management within the travel or hospitality industry in the Latin American region.
  • Proven track record of negotiating supplier contracts across multiple Latin markets.
  • Strong understanding of hotel and ground services operations, pricing structures, and regional market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Commercially astute with strong analytical and financial acumen.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish, spoken and written.
