Job Description
Product Manager driving product initiatives from ideation to execution at WeVideo. Collaborating cross-functionally to deliver impactful product solutions in a remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Own Product Development through the product development lifecycle
- Partner closely with engineering, design, and business teams
- Drive User-Centric Innovation by engaging directly with customers
- Define & Track Key Metrics to assess product success
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams on go-to-market strategies
- Balance Strategy & Execution managing trade-offs
- Lead Agile Development translating requirements into user stories
- Stay Ahead of Market Trends with competitive analysis
- Write documentation for decisions, user research findings, Jira tickets, etc.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of product management experience with a track record of successfully launching and managing SAAS products
- Previous experience in sales, customer success, UX research, design, or engineering
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping any of them
- Process driven with a focus on repeatable success
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- A bias for action in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
