Job Description

Product Manager at HungerRush developing restaurant-facing software solutions. Driving product vision, requirements, and performance analysis to empower restaurant operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Own products (roadmap, development, vision) for restaurant facing software
  • Translate business goals and user needs into clear product requirements and user stories
  • Conduct user research with restaurant operators, staff, and guests
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams
  • Prioritize features based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility
  • Analyze product performance using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • Manage product launches and communicate progress to internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role
  • Entrepreneurial go getter personality
  • Proven ability to ship customer-facing products used in real operational environments
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design and agile product development
  • Data-informed decision maker who balances analytics with qualitative insights
  • Comfortable working with engineers on technical tradeoffs and constraints
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with SaaS platforms serving SMBs or multi-location businesses (preferred)
  • Familiarity with payments, ordering flows, or operational workflows (preferred)
  • Background in marketplaces, logistics, or omni-channel commerce (preferred)
  • Experience working in or closely with restaurants (bonus points if you’ve felt the dinner rush)
