Job Description

Responsable de produit managing product lifecycle at Tecsys, enhancing supply chain solutions for healthcare systems and distributors. Collaborating with teams to deliver high-quality integrations and solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, development teams and customers, translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
  • Own the product backlog and continuously refine it, ensuring user stories are well-defined, prioritized and aligned with the product strategy.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) to keep teams aligned and delivering value.
  • Work closely with engineering to ensure successful delivery of features, enhancements and integrations.
  • Leverage market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and roadmap priorities.
  • Engage directly with customers to gather feedback, identify gaps and drive meaningful product improvements.
  • Oversee the deployment of new integrations and provide hands-on support to customers during new product introductions (NPI).
  • Contribute to the creation of clear technical documentation and user stories for new features, enhancements and bug fixes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure product development supports overall business objectives.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager (Product Owner) or in a comparable role within a technology environment.
  • Strong command of product management principles and Agile methodologies, including Scrum.
  • Solid technical skills with the ability to understand complex systems and communicate requirements clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with ERP platforms; exposure to Oracle, Workday, Infor or similar systems is a strong asset.
  • Knowledge of or experience with supply chain processes and systems.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset and a structured approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to build strong cross-team partnerships.
  • Hands-on experience in implementation or delivery, ideally in complex ERP or technology environments.
  • Exposure to hospital inventory management or healthcare supply chains is an asset.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, essential for effective communication with customers, vendors, business partners and colleagues located outside Quebec.
