Job Description
Product Manager conduzindo discovery, roadmap e evolução do software B2B da Mercos. Investigando problemas e validando soluções para potencializar vendas de indústrias e distribuidoras.
Responsibilities:
- Investigate problems and opportunities through customer conversations, research, and data
- Build and validate hypotheses before moving forward with solutions
- Contribute to building and prioritizing the product roadmap
- Monitor the market, competitors, and customer needs
- Design and detail solutions in collaboration with Product Design and Engineering
- Follow the development process, conduct tests, and validate solutions with customers
- Define and track success, adoption, and impact metrics
- Turn results and learnings into new opportunities for improvement
- Lead discovery and follow the solution through its entire lifecycle
- Organize discussions, listen to different perspectives, and support group decision-making
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with digital products
- Experience working with loosely structured problems
- Experience leading discovery, investigating problems, or validating opportunities with customers and users
- Participation in building and prioritizing roadmaps or making product decisions
- Close collaboration with Product Design and Engineering
- Experience following features or products from problem identification through launch and results analysis
- Ability to combine data, user feedback, and business context to support decisions
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders to establish priorities and direction
- Experience working in environments with multiple workstreams, shifting priorities, and a need to adapt
