Job Description
Marketing Working Student supporting Circula's Go-to-Market strategy and product positioning. Collaborating with cross-functional teams on projects and success stories.
Responsibilities:
- In this role you are part of our marketing team and work closely with our go-to-market teams such as Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success.
- You will help position our products successfully in the market and drive growth in both new and existing business.
- Actively contribute to the future of our go-to-market strategy and help translate complex product features into clear customer-facing messages.
- Tell compelling success stories and communicate our customers' tangible results through case studies, success stories, and testimonials.
- Keep an eye on the market, identify relevant trends in the finance and SaaS space, and analyze competitors and market players.
- Own your projects from concept through execution and performance measurement.
- Share your 'fresh perspective', analyze existing marketing workflows, and support the implementation of new tools or automations to increase efficiency.
Requirements:
- You are enrolled in a relevant degree program (Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Media Management) at a German university or college for at least another 6 months.
- You have some practical experience in B2B/SaaS marketing or a background in Sales/Business Development and want to transition into marketing.
- You have excellent German skills (C2 level) and very good written and spoken English.
- You can translate 'tech lingo' into customer-oriented benefits.
- You work independently and in a structured way and enjoy taking responsibility for your tasks.
- You are a team player, communicative, and enjoy collaborating with different departments (Sales, Product, Marketing).
- You are curious, eager to learn, and open to proactively giving and requesting feedback.
