Job Description
Product Operations Analyst building Tableau dashboards and SQL reporting for Physician OneView. Supporting product adoption tracking and reporting automation at Endava, a technology consulting company.
Responsibilities:
- Build, enhance, and maintain recurring Tableau dashboards and reporting suites for Physician OneView
- Partner with Product Marketing to create and track user adoption, campaign engagement, and feature rollouts
- Support automation of manual reporting processes, including Secure Messaging utilization and Medical Director billing workflows
- Execute SQL queries and data validations
- Triage ad-hoc analytical requests from product managers
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or product operations
- Strong SQL querying skills
- Hands-on experience developing/publishing Tableau dashboards
- Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or TargetProcess
- Participation in internal and external meetings via video calls, as necessary
- Ability to work onsite at corporate or client offices, as necessary
- For positions requiring business travel/event attendance: ability to lift 25 lbs
- For positions requiring business travel/event attendance: valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
