Job Description

Product Operations Analyst building Tableau dashboards and SQL reporting for Physician OneView. Supporting product adoption tracking and reporting automation at Endava, a technology consulting company.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, enhance, and maintain recurring Tableau dashboards and reporting suites for Physician OneView
  • Partner with Product Marketing to create and track user adoption, campaign engagement, and feature rollouts
  • Support automation of manual reporting processes, including Secure Messaging utilization and Medical Director billing workflows
  • Execute SQL queries and data validations
  • Triage ad-hoc analytical requests from product managers

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or product operations
  • Strong SQL querying skills
  • Hands-on experience developing/publishing Tableau dashboards
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, or TargetProcess
  • Participation in internal and external meetings via video calls, as necessary
  • Ability to work onsite at corporate or client offices, as necessary
  • For positions requiring business travel/event attendance: ability to lift 25 lbs
  • For positions requiring business travel/event attendance: valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
