Job Description
Senior Product Operations Analyst optimizing clinical metrics, SQL pipelines, and BigQuery models. Supporting Endava’s technology consulting work through scalable healthcare analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Lead reporting design, data pipelines, and validation for core clinical metrics, including Permanent CVC Order Utilization, Care Activity On-Time Reporting, Pure Flow Flagging, and Vital Check Compliance
- Partner with Clinical Product Managers and operational leaders on metric definitions, baselines, and clinical workflow analysis
- Build and optimize advanced SQL pipelines and BigQuery data models for scalable self-serve analytics
- Automate Key Result (KR) reporting to eliminate manual compilation
- Conduct peer reviews, quality checks, and root-cause analysis on clinical data anomalies
Requirements:
- 4–7 years of progressive experience in clinical data analytics, healthcare business intelligence, or product analytics
- Advanced SQL mastery
- Extensive experience with cloud data platforms (Google Cloud Platform / BigQuery)
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows, EHR data structures, and clinical quality metrics
- Python/ETL scripting skills are strong pluses
- Participation in internal and external meetings via video calls, as necessary
- Ability to go into corporate or client offices to work onsite, as necessary
- For positions requiring business travel and/or event attendance, ability to lift 25 lbs
- For positions requiring business travel and/or event attendance, a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required
